COMPENSATION

Approved VA Vintage modeling assignments are paid at $50.00 per hour, unless a different rate is agreed upon in writing before the assignment. Modeling opportunities are offered on an as-needed, assignment-by-assignment basis. There are no guaranteed hours or minimum number of assignments.

INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR ACKNOWLEDGMENT

I understand that modeling assignments are offered on an as-needed, assignment-by-assignment basis.
I understand that I may accept or decline individual modeling opportunities and that VA Vintage does not guarantee future assignments or minimum hours.
I understand that if I am engaged as an independent contractor, I am responsible for my applicable federal, state, and local taxes.
I understand that independent modeling assignments do not provide employee benefits.

PHOTO, VIDEO, AUDIO & LIKENESS RELEASE

In consideration for my participation in paid modeling assignments, I grant VA Vintage, its affiliated companies, representatives, contractors, photographers, videographers, successors, and assigns permission to photograph, film, record, and otherwise capture my name, image, likeness, appearance, voice, and performance (“Media”).

I authorize VA Vintage to use, reproduce, edit, crop, retouch, modify, publish, display, distribute, advertise, and otherwise use the Media for lawful business, advertising, marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes.

Authorized uses include, without limitation, VA Vintage websites, social media accounts and platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube; digital and paid advertising; email and text-message marketing; print advertising; flyers; posters; signs; banners; in-store displays; event promotions; press and publicity; and current or future advertising and promotional campaigns.

I understand that the Media may be edited, cropped, retouched, resized, or combined with text, graphics, logos, music, or other content.

I authorize VA Vintage to continue using Media created during my modeling assignments after my modeling relationship with VA Vintage ends. I understand that I will not receive additional compensation, royalties, residuals, or other payments for subsequent authorized use of the Media unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

I waive the right to inspect or approve finished photographs, videos, advertisements, captions, layouts, or other promotional materials before publication or use.

To the extent permitted by law, I release VA Vintage and its affiliated companies, representatives, photographers, videographers, contractors, successors, and assigns from claims arising from the authorized use of my name, image, likeness, voice, or performance pursuant to this agreement.

This authorization does not permit use of my likeness in an unlawful, defamatory, pornographic, or intentionally misleading manner.

MEDIA RELEASE CONSENT
