Pickup Times:
- Friday, June 26, 2026: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday, June 27, 2026: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- We will hold your items for up to 7 business days.
To pick up your items, you must present:
- A valid government-issued photo ID
- Your Settlement Invoice Receipt
Please bring adequate help, packing materials, and an appropriate vehicle for loading large or heavy items. VA Vintage staff are unable to assist with loading.
Shipping Information
If you selected shipping, we will carefully pack your items and charge the credit card on file for the shipping, handling, and insurance costs once your order is ready.
After your payment has been processed, we will email you a paid receipt and ship your order promptly. You will also receive an email with tracking information once your package has been shipped.
Please note that buyers are responsible for all shipping, handling, and insurance costs.
