New Sales Floor Operations

We’re implementing an upgrade to our sales floor operations. Each sales floor associate will now be responsible for managing a designated zone and will be supported by an assigned runner to assist as needed. Because the runner supports multiple zones, there may be brief wait times when assistance is requested.
